From the moment we receive your order, the clock starts ticking.

Some basic checks are completed (insurance verification, documentation check, etc). Then our logistics team takes over.Our entire delivery fleet is equipped with an “eye in the sky” system. We’re able to see the location of each vehicle in real time. We find the technician who is closest, and rout them to your patient.

The deliver vehicles are also equipped with traffic monitoring GPS systems and toll road transponders.Our delivery staff works from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

On call technicians handle overflow calls after hours. Most products are delivered to your patient within hours of being ordered. All products are delivered by the next business day

Note: Our delivery team is fantastic. However, we have to have all of the Medicare required paperwork in our office before we can deliver your product.

Delivery Hours


We deliver to most areas Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, most orders are delivered before 5:00PM.

In the event that you’re not home when we attempt delivery, just call us at 800-977-3002. We’ll be sure to schedule you for the next available delivery appointment in your area.

In the event that your are experiencing difficulty with your equipment that is not life threatening, we’re available 24/7. 



Our logistics center continually monitors Caltrans, and California Highway Patrol websites for road closures and traffic conditions. We’re able to route drivers around any issues to deliver your patients product as soon as possible.
